Disaster of Civil Engineering. Where were the designers / client / when this was being built?????? or may be in Iran, clients/designers trust contractors to that extent to this disaster happen

The bridge is an under pass to allow U turns in the motorway. The junction to the motor way lanes are half complete. Drivers ignore the closed sign and risk serious accidents to make U turns on the motor way.

It is for sure that the road is an exit to motorway. The vehicles we see are breaking the law and entering the motorway from wrong direction.The exit road is still under construction and not open to public.

Yes the video shows people driving the wrong way over the flyover - however both exits are pointing in the opposite direction to the flow of traffic. It doesn't matter which way you travel you will still be going the wrong way. Looks to me like someone has taken a mirror image of the contruction drawings - rotate the flyover by 180 degrees and it works.

From what I believe, this flyover has in fact been correctly constructed. With aid of a translation, the purpose of the video is to identify whether the flyover has been badly engineered or have people actually been incorrectly using the flyover?
The fact of the matter is, the vehicle drivers have been driving with no concern of their ignorance to paying attention to the road signs - They are driving the wrong way!

The drivers travelling anticlockwise around the loop on the left hand lane are travelling the wrong way, how they accessed that part of the interchange is not clear and seems to be carefully omitted from the video. It is evident that vehicles can access the loop correctly, shown by those on the right hand lane on the other side of the concrete barrier. The inset diagram of the interchange does not show the complete arrangement. I conclude that the interchange is constructed correctly but the temporary traffic management arrangements may be lacking in clarity or are not idiot proof.

The people are breaking the law by driving the wrong way. As the person before has pointed out that the arrow is pointed the other way. Most probably people are doing this as motorway is not completely open and this is a shortcut to get to the otherside.
